1. Program Description
Tula Chiropractic and Wellness PLLC operates a text messaging program for patients and prospective patients who have opted in to receive messages from us.Messages you may receive include:Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmationsResponses to questions you send our officeBooking links and instructions for scheduling a visitOffice updates, hours changes, and closuresEducational content related to pregnancy, postpartum, pediatric, and family chiropractic careOccasional promotions and announcementsMessages are sent by Tula Chiropractic and Wellness PLLC. We do not send messages on behalf of any other business.
2. How to Opt In
You may join our text messaging program by:Submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box on a form at www.tulachiropractic.comProviding your mobile number and consent in writing at our officeTexting a keyword to our published numberProviding verbal consent to a team member, which we then documentConsent is never assumed. You must take an affirmative action to join. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care at Tula Chiropractic and Wellness.You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to receive text messages from us. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent on your behalf.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our office and will not exceed 8 messages per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Tula Chiropractic and Wellness PLLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received depending on your plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may cancel at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us.After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further text messages from Tula Chiropractic and Wellness PLLC unless you opt in again.You may also opt out by calling our office at 469-333-0155 or emailing info@tulachiropractic.com.

7. Not for Emergencies
Do not use text messaging to communicate a medical emergency. Text messages are not monitored continuously and should never be relied on for urgent care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
8. Clinical Advice
Our text messaging program is used for scheduling, office communication, and general education. It is not used to provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. Clinical questions are answered by a licensed provider during a visit.
9. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Tula Chiropractic and Wellness PLLC.
10. Supported Carriers
Our program is supported by major carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.
11. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously.No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. 12. Changes to These Terms
