What to expect
before you arrive
Fill out your intake paperwork online before your appointment so we can review it ahead of time and come prepared for you — not just your symptoms.

first visit
We sit down with you, listen to what's going on in your body, and ask questions that most providers don't. We want to understand not just where you're hurting but what your body has been through — your pregnancy, your birth story, your season of life, all of it.
From there we move into a full examination — postural assessment, muscle testing, and hands-on evaluation to understand how your body is holding tension and where it needs support.
Then we get to work. Unless something specific prevents us, you receive a full treatment on day one. That includes muscle work, craniosacral therapy, a chiropractic adjustment, and any additional care your body calls for that visit. You leave feeling like something actually happened — because it did.
second visit
On your second visit we share what we found and what we'd recommend going forward. You'll leave knowing what's actually going on in your body and what thoughtful support could look like from here.
How you move forward is always your choice. Some people come in as they need to. Others find a consistent rhythm works better for their body and their life, and our plans make that easier on your budget. We'll give you our honest recommendation and follow your lead from there.
A NOTE ON HOW WE WORK
Tula is a self-pay practice. We accept HSA and FSA, and we're happy to provide a superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. What they cover depends on your individual plan.
Choosing not to bill insurance means your care is never shaped by what a policy will or won't approve.
